An amazing opportunity came to 7K when we were asked to take a dated 3000 sqft home and re-design it with a modern touch. The challenge for this project comes from the fact that there was zero structural changes, so the layout stayed the exact same. What we had to do was design a lot of custom millwork pieces that will not only provide the family with extra storage space, but also provide them with a awesome features in almost every corner of the home :)
